Short, and about this website only. Nothing here replaces a signed agreement with any company in the group.
They apply to this website and to nothing else. They do not govern any contract, quotation or service agreement with MedVenture Holdings or with any of its companies; those carry their own written terms and those terms win. Using this site means you accept what is on this page.

The figures on this site — companies, people, countries, years — describe the group as it stood on the date shown and are given in good faith. Business changes. We correct pages when we learn they have gone stale, but we do not warrant that every number is current at the moment you read it. If a figure matters to a decision you are making, ask us in writing and we will confirm it.
Nothing here is an offer to sell securities, an invitation to invest, or financial, legal, medical, immigration or tax advice. These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and the courts of Tbilisi have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
