MedVenture Holdings was founded in 2016 by physicians trained to diagnose before treating. We apply the same order to enterprise: understand a market completely, then build the business it is missing.

That discipline is why the group spans education, travel, hospitality, technology, logistics and film without losing coherence. We do not chase sectors. We enter markets where the incumbent standard is low, the operational barrier is real, and the top position is worth holding.

Every company here is operated, not merely owned: our own fleet, our own crews, our own kitchens, our own counsellors. Capital is easy to deploy. Operating discipline is what compounds.

Travel & tourism

Travo Tours & Travels

The first tour operator built for South Asian travellers coming to the Caucasus from the Gulf. Travo runs its own fleet and its own guides across seven countries, and handles close to a third of Indian outbound tourism from the Gulf into the region.

Medical education

Medwizard Education

Doctors advising families on where to study medicine. MedWizard has placed more than a thousand students in Georgian universities and stays with them after arrival, the part most consultancies skip. Offices in Kochi, Dubai and Tbilisi.

Medventa Residences

Georgia's first purpose-built premium housing for international medical students. Three tiers across roughly 170 rooms, with pastoral care rather than a landlord, because the people paying are parents two thousand miles away.

Georgia's own smart lock brand. IoT access control for short-term rentals, hotels and homes, with showrooms in Tbilisi, Batumi, Baku and Tashkent, and an install team that turns up.

M's Kitchen

A cloud kitchen and institutional caterer serving between 800 and 1,000 meals a day. It started because students said the Indian food in Tbilisi was not Indian food.

The group's hospitality arm, managing properties to a single operating standard: considered design, trained service, and the daily detail that separates a managed property from a rented room.

MV Drive

Vehicle distribution and sales. MV Drive sources cars from manufacturing markets, handles import and compliance, and sells into the Caucasus, with the group's own logistics behind every delivery.

Georgia has become a serious production location, and a crew arriving here needs exactly what MedVenture already runs: locations, a fleet, housing, catering and ground operations. We facilitated 115 shoot days on Vaazha II, and a major Indian production is currently in pre-production with us.
