Who is responsible
MedVenture Holdings is responsible for this website and for any personal data you send through it. Our registered office is in Tbilisi, Georgia. The postal address, email address and telephone number are at the foot of every page.

Privacy policy
This is a brochure site for a group of companies. It has no accounts, no shopping basket and no advertising trackers. This page says exactly what that means for you.
What we collect
Only what you type, plus the technical records any website needs in order to be served at all. There are three sources and no others:
- The contact form — your name, email address, company if you give one, and your message.
- Direct contact — whatever you choose to include when you write or call.
- Hosting logs — your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for, recorded by our hosting provider to deliver pages and to stop abuse.
The contact form
By default the form sends nothing over the internet. Pressing Send opens your own email program with the message already written, and nothing leaves your device until you send that email yourself. If we later connect the form to a form-handling service, we will name that service on this page before the change goes live.
Analytics
We do not run analytics on this site. Nobody is counting your visit, and no third-party measurement script loads. If that ever changes we will use a tool that cannot follow you to other websites, we will ask you first, and it will stay switched off unless you agree.
What this site stores on your device
Nothing, unless you answer a question that has to be remembered.
- Your analytics choice, if we have asked you for one — kept in your browser's own local storage, never sent to a server, and gone the moment you clear site data.
- Nothing else. No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting.
Where the site runs
These are static files served from Vercel's global network. That means the page you are reading may be delivered from a server outside Georgia and outside the European Union. The content is identical wherever it is served from, and Vercel keeps only short-lived request logs.
Who else sees your data
No one. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data and we do not hand it to advertisers. Our hosting provider processes it solely to run the site. If your message concerns one of our companies, we may pass it to the colleagues in that company who can actually answer it.
How long we keep it
Messages stay in our email for as long as the conversation is useful and are deleted when it is not. Hosting logs are held briefly by our provider and then discarded. We keep no marketing database of website visitors.
Your rights
Under the Georgian Law on Personal Data Protection, and under the EU General Data Protection Regulation where it applies to you, you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal data of yours we hold
- correct it where it is wrong
- delete it
- stop using it for a particular purpose
- send you a copy of it
Ask by email and we will reply within thirty days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia, or to the supervisory authority in your own country if you are in the European Union.
Children
This site addresses a business audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under sixteen.
Changes to this policy
A new version appears here with a new date at the top. We keep no mailing list, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from — reading this page is the only way to see a change.
